The solution provided by CAPSiDE involved consultancy work to gather customer's requirements and to set the scope and goals of the project, Opsview software deployment and customization according to the specifications, training to GVC Gaesco technical team for the operation and administration of the monitoring platform, and customer support to launch the project into production successfully.
